What are our fees?

We have a fair and simple fee & guarantee structure. We charge 20% of the candidate’s annual salary that comes with a 3 month replacement guarantee.

How does our referral program work?

You can earn RM500 for a referral by satisfying the following criteria:

  1. You refer a candidate to one of our talent consultants via, email or documented means;
  2. This candidate is not previously known to Potentio or its consultants;
  3. The candidate signs an offer letter; and
  4. The candidate  shows up for their first day of work – at which point you will earn RM500!
