Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing the Digital Strategies and footprint for organization,
  • Responsible for demand generation & marketing funnel optimization
  • Develop & execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that rapidly grows users & revenue
  • Lead those marketing strategies & initiatives to drive key business metrics heavily focused on Conversion Rate Optimization, overseeing email, social media, paid, product editorials, loyalty program & giveaways.
  • Explore new ways to engage & to re-target social networks & audiences to reach target users
  • Ensure efficiency ROI on all paid campaigns, develop & execute strategies for testing new online & offline channels
  • Monitor & report performance of key marketing metrics, as well as activities & events causing variances
  • Maintain a Dynamic Development Roadmap derived from the intelligence continuously gathered from targeted market
  • Develop, create & refine digital assets in the form of data assets, social/locally & integration assets
  • Capitalize on digital assets to create competitive advantage & measurable ROI

Requirement:

  • min. 12years of experience within technology with analytics/Big Data experience including digital marketing or growth hacking, preferably in mobile digital and social networking space
  • proven ability to develop a clear understanding of technology roadmaps and aligning it to business need
  • prior experience in developing strategy, architecture and solution with a passionate on Consumer Journey
  • willingness and desire to roll up our sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision of the company
